Our 8% bail bonds are available in California only and you must meet the following requirements:

• The bail must be $30,000 or more

AND

• The 8% must be paid in full.
• Or 5% down with Full Collateral and the balance paid in easy monthly installments.

Types of Collateral

• Property - You must have one and one half times of the amount of the bond in equity in a property. For Example: $50,000 bail you must have $75,000 equity to obtain an 8% bail bond. For a $100,000 bail you must have $150,000 equity for an 8% Bail Bond.
• Cash Collateral - A $50,000 bail would require $50,000 cash, bank transfer, money order or cashier’s check. We hold this money in a trust account until the persons case is over with. Once the case is over you can get your money back as quickly as that day.
  
  If you do not meet the requirements for an 8% bail bond, we may still be able to assist you. Many of the bonds we write are written either without collateral or minimal collateral. We are very flexible when it comes to writing bail. We accept payment plans. We are completely confidential and discreet when it comes to our clients privacy.
  

Whether you use a house or cash collateral it will be returned to you upon sentencing of the defendant. That means when judgment is pronounced you can receive your collateral back the same day.
